What is a
Self Managed Superannuation Fund(SMSF)?
A SMSF (or a DIY superfund) is a fund that allows you more control over how your Super Benefit is invested.
With a SMSF you can nominate where you would like to invest – Shares, Cash/Term Deposits or Property. Running your own SMSF can help you grow your superannuation at a faster rate, whilst having more control over how and where you money is invested.
There are many benefits to running your own superannuation fund, you can see these here.
Setting up and maintaining a SMSF is actually very simple.
